Il progetto, almeno per quet'anno, si è concluso. Il feedback è stato positivo, sia dalla Utah State University di Logan, sia da parte nostra. Un ringraziamento va, in primis, alla professionalità e alla simpatia della nostra student-teacher Chloë Joye Wimmer; alla nostra dirigente, prof. ssa Cristina Gualtieri, che ha creduto da subito a questo progetto; a Tyson Sorensen (Associate Professor & Program Lead) e al gruppo di docenti che ha coordinato la parte italiana del progetto: la prof. Francesca Cordò (Host family), il prof. Massimiliano Crespi (Referente progetto) e la prof.ssa Anna Lisa Musazzi (Referente progetto).

"The project, at least for this year, has concluded. The feedback has been positive, both from Utah State University in Logan and from our side. Questo progetto prevede lo scambio di buone pratiche tra docenti di scienze applicate italiani e americani.

Si tratta di un accordo tripartito tra l'Università di Bergamo, una rete di scuole della Lombardia, che comprende le province di Milano e Bergamo, e la facoltà di scienze applicate della Utah State University con sede a Logan. Giovani docenti specializzati in materie STEM saranno collocati presso istituti secondari di secondo grado inclusi nella rete, per completare un tirocinio nelle materie scientifiche in cui stanno acquisendo competenze, al fine di conseguire l'abilitazione all'insegnamento.

This project involves the exchange of good practices between Italian and American applied science teachers.

It is a tripartite agreement between the University of Bergamo, a network of schools in Lombardy, which includes the provinces of Milan and Bergamo, and the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Utah State University based in Logan. Young teachers specialized in STEM subjects will be placed in secondary schools included in the network, to complete an internship in the scientific subjects in which they are acquiring skills, in order to obtain the teaching qualification.
